Can I stay with my dog?
Yes, you are welcome to take a seat on our couch and have a cup of tea whilst your dog is being groomed.

When should I start having my dog groomed?
We take puppies in from 14 weeks old. This is for all breeds and types of dog.

How long does a groom take?
A groom can take anything from 15 minutes to 2 hours. The usual is between 1 hour and 1 1/2 hours.

When should my dog be groomed?
This depends on the breed of dog and how well you groom the dog at home. A long coated breed will need atleast 30 minutes of grooming at home every day to stop knotting and matting. We even take in dogs that come in weekly. On average most dogs come in once every 6-8 weeks.

Do you use fresh towels for each dog?
Yes, every dog has atleast one, if not more fresh towels. No towel is ever reused before a thorough wash.

Do you disinfect after each dog?
Yes, we use an antibacterial spray on every surface and every item we used directly on the dogs body.

Do I need an appointment?
Yes, you will need to book an appointment to have your dog groomed.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?


Will my dog be kept in a cage or crate while it is there?
No. We never cage or crate dogs in our care.

Why don't you have a set price list?

Can you use a shampoo supplied by my vet?
Yes. We can use shampoo prescribed by vets for our clients.

I would like a bow in my dog’s hair, can you do this?
Yes. We are able to fit a bow and sell a variety of bows in store.

How often do the nails need trimming on my dog?
This depends on the individual. Some dogs will require it once every 1-2 weeks whereas some will never need to have their nails trimmed.

My dog doesn't like other dogs, can he be groomed alone?
