Reiki the power of energy healing. Our Reiki level one courses are geared towards enhancing your personal wellbeing and will help develop your technique for self healing and personal growth.

Angel will attune you to the power of Reiki and teach you the knowledge required to give self-treatments and the 21 day healing cycle, after which you can give treatments to friends, family and of course pets.You will become a practitioner for channelling Reiki healing energy.

The course also concentrates on the history of Reiki and a range of Japanese Reiki Techniques and understanding Charkas.
Your Attunement will take place in the afternoon and all students will practice and deliver Reiki treatments.  Angel is a very open teacher and questions are welcomed throughout the day.
A tasty homemade vegetarian lunch will be served, if you have special dietary requirements you will be required to provide a packed lunch. Refreshments are available throughout the day.
On completion of the course you will receive your Reiki Level I diploma.
Reiki first degree Usui Shirki Ryoho Tradition includes:

  • Byosen scanning (detecting where Reiki is needed)
  • Practice and guided Gassho meditation
Angel does not teach Reiki I & II together as he feels the 21 day clearing and healing cycle between courses is essential.
Reiki II attunement and symbols is a lot to learn and practice, the clearing and healing cycle will prepare you for Reiki II.
