When receiving your order, if you are not happy for any reason. Please return your order in it’s original condition and we will refund you the full value of the order. Please ensure that the item is returned to us in it’s original condition unless faulty within 7 days of the date delivered to you.

Please be aware that once delivery process begins, you can not cancel the order and you will be responsible for the cost of returns and postage & packaging to us unless your order arrives damaged, faulty or contains incorrect items.

Delivery

We offer a standard 3-5 working day delivery service

Dog Grooming:   Dog grooming, Reiki and Massage services are to be paid in full by the client before the groomer commences treatment. It is the groomers discretion to allow payment after the treatment but no credit will be given. If you are not happy with your grooming appointment, please speak to the groomer as soon as possible. Refunds will be given if you are not entirely satisfied with any service Barking Barbers provides. All services including products remain the property of Barking Barbers until fully paid for. Barking Barbers and it’s employees have the right to refuse any service without explanation.

Grooming Payment - No delivery charge is only to be chosen if you are paying for your grooming appointment in advance. Please do not pay for grooming if you have not been given an appointment by our team.
